looking at buying this off a gentleman he wants $325 seems high given people on here ask $200 max. its supposedly a clean factory watch. let me know your thoughts and opinions.

GMT hand doesn't look independent. Most of the shitters with 2813s have the GMT hand at that angle. Would be a sub $100 watch brand new if that's the case. I would ask for video of the gmt hand being set.
