Had this for two weeks from Hont and it stopped running. Got it running after freeing small hair from balance wheel but I think I messed it up by taking crown out in wrong position. This seems to be a common problem with the 2836 and at this point I want to cut my losses and pass it onto someone more skilled. I've tried inserting the crown but it doesn't want to go into the movement. Reading online this may require some components to be removed then crown may be inserted. I don't have the tools or patience to dive into this.
