I purchased this kit a few years ago from Ken Chua (riyi002@hotmail.com) who is the ebay user riyi002 (https://www.ebay.com/usr/riyi002) and who runs rafflesdials.com for about $255.

I briefly tried to put the kit together, but quickly learned that I'm too retarded. I believe this kit has everything needed to complete the build including a Seagull clone of the ETA 2836 movement and an unopened presidential bracelet.

I'm sick of this kit sitting on a shelf collecting dust and taunting me, so I'm trying to sell it. I have over $255 into it, but I'd happily let someone else take this over for $175 (including shipping to CONUS).
